Happy Friday! Flowers truly are Prima’s benchmark. Even before the beautiful jars of “Got Flowers” (anyone remember those?) Prima was handcrafting flowers in all sizes, shapes, and colors. As the saying goes, we’ve come a long way, baby! Our flower designers work extra hard to bring you the freshest designs, with the newest centers, and in the most beautiful colors.
Today we are celebrating just a FEW of those gorgeous blooms, showing off paper to fabric flowers highlighting different project types from our fabulous design team! Get ready for a stroll through a springtime Prima garden!
"Prima flowers are my most favourite products to create with!! I used an embroidery hoop as a background for my creation today. I mixed some flowers and papers from all of the beachy collections Prima has brought out the past couple of years, St Tropez, Santorini and the newest collection, Golden Coast. I just love creating with blue and all of these blue flowers are gorgeous.....just had to throw in a little pink too." ~ Stacey Young

“I am totally addict to the Prima Flowers !!! I always add a lot of them on my projects. I love mixing different flowers’ collections and mixed media products . But, I also love to fussy cut beautiful flowers on the Prima Marketing papers. For this layout, I used the new FRUIT PARADISE collection, I mixed new flowers with the Love Story Flowers - Antoinette old ones. I fussy cut a lot of gorgeous flowers and leaves into two different Fruit Paradise papers : Fruit Paradise 12x12 Sheet - Blooming Season – and Fruit Paradise 12x12 Sheet - In Season. I layered with these different flowers for creating my layout.” ~ Nathalie

“If there is one thing that I can not do without scrap, it's my flowers and especially Prima Marketing flowers. It is true that each of my creations contains a maximum of flowers. For this page, I mixed purple with blue, I really like this combination. “ ~ Jennifer
“My cousin’s daughter had the cutest baby ever. Her name is Juliette. I was asked to create a layout celebrating this beautiful little princess. When I saw the picture, I immediately thought of the Midnight Garden collection, as the colors were perfect. I just love the flowers of this collection. Since it is a flower inspiration, I decided to also fussy cut some flowers from one patterned paper to add to my clusters. I love the end result. “ ~ Karine

"For our Prima flowers-theme I created this Cone featuring the Poetic Rose collection, what better way to show them off than in a pretty cone. I have cut this shape from my Silhouette (design ID 11565) or you can find a template on Pinterest here. I stuffed the cone with some wool to the top making it easier to adhere the flowers. I have used flowers from various collections. I did not want to glue the flowers on the inside so I stuck some pins through the petals to keep them in place. I added some die-cut and chipboard leaves. I have adorned the outside of the cone with some flat back pearls, a pretty die-cut doily and some ribbon. I have added some diamond string and pearls underneath the flowers on the outside of the cone."- Tanya
