Catch Your Dreams...

“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”
– Harriet Tubman

We hope you have beautiful dreams for you, your family, and the whole world. It doesn’t matter if your dream is little or large! Today, our goal is to inspire you to focus on taking the first step to attaining one of those dreams. Our team created beautiful dream catchers, with respect to the beautiful culture behind them. (We do not wear them or make money from them. We use them to catch our dreams, symbolically.) We hope you try some of the techniques and create your own dream catcher!

"My first ever Dreamcatcher and what better collection to use than the stunning Moon Child by Frank Garcia. I adore this collection in all it's celestial beauty! I used two plastic hoops for this project, painted them with white gesso and added color randomly using the Memory Hardware Artisan Powders. These powders are just gorgeous and rich in color! I decorated the piece on the side with pretty chipboard, die cut elements, beautiful  Moon Child flowers, metal trinkets and enamel stickers. I added pretty lace with die cut and resin feathers attached. I then finished it off with some paint splatters, sequins, and butterflies." - Tanya

“Get lost in the galactic beauty of the  Moon Child 12x12 Sheet - In Love With The Moon !! This paper is totally stunning, I used it for my “Moon dream catcher” background. Here, I altered an embroidering hoop, created an half moon with a part of the paper Moon Child 12x12 Sheet - Lunar Peak. I layered with some pieces of Moon Child Papers and beautiful Prima flowers. I painted the hoop with different Finnabair Metallique paints and added a beautiful perfect finish with the waxes. “ ~ Nathalie

"There is always a time when you feel that something is meant to be. This is what I felt when I decided to combine the Moon Child collection with my dream catcher. These two are made for each other. All the celestial elements now adorn my bedroom wall. Bonus, I added twinkling lights to my dream catcher. Here is to catching some more dreams. I AM A DREAMER! " ~ Mallika
